The Bramleigh Estate team is delighted to introduce Sandamini and Manula. This effortlessly stylish couple tied the knot in a stunning Sri Lankan Wedding Melbourne.
This gorgeous couple took all the beautiful things about Bramleigh Estate and put their own cultural stamp on our luxury property.
Sandamini was ever the glowing bride in her stunning Sri Lankan-inspired lace gown. And Manula looked classically stylish all day in his black tux. And what a day it was!
Lavish Sri Lankan Wedding Ceremony
Sandamini and Manula’s spectacular Sri Lankan wedding featured both a cultural ceremony and a civil ceremony.
The glowing couple exchanged vows on the expansive outdoor deck at Bramleigh Estate, the premium wedding venue in the Yarra Valley region. The lavish ceremony took place against a backdrop of soaring gum trees which surround the property.
Sandamini and Manula’s beautiful florals by Flowers of Yarra Glen were a glorious mix of all the design elements. The arrangements were artfully sprinkled throughout the property both inside and out. They brought together the soft pastel hues of grey-green and pink combined with sweet white blooms.
Abundant florals and greenery also adorned the softly draped Hamptons-style ceremony archway. The archway featured a Poruwa cultural wedding stage surrounded by gold vases of soft foliage. And a traditional Sri Lankan oil lamp was lit by the couple following their cultural ceremony.
Following the ceremony the newlyweds took advantage of the many photo locations around the grounds. And it’s obvious that the romance of the day was not lost in photographic translation. Bright Lights Weddings captured loads of magnificent photos and video of the couple as they started the new chapter of their lives together.

Luxury Wedding Reception
Bramleigh Estate’s light-filled reception room was beautifully styled in white-on-white tones for Sandamini and Manula’s luxury Melbourne wedding reception.
Flowers of Yarra Glen set up romantic leaf wraps twining across the room’s exposed white wooden beams. And the large dance floor featured a gorgeous grey-green hanging greenery installation.
And who could forget the spectacular marbled buttercream with silver leaf and greenery wedding cake by Mad About Cakes! This splendid three tier cake with double arched rings of greenery took centre stage throughout the night.
Under sparkling festoon lights the newlyweds enjoyed a joyous night of socialising, feasting and dancing with family and friends. And we wish them a lifetime of happiness!
The Bramleigh Estate team loved working with Sandamini and Manula to create their ultimate Sri Lankan wedding Melbourne. Our wedding and function coordinators delivered an event that will be firmly imprinted in their memories forever.
